Looking Back – May 2024
| 31 May | My classmate and his wife had a short stay in another classmate’s house. She prepared a very nice lunch for all of us on the following day and it also included lovely dessert.  |
| 30 May | I drove to Heathrow Airport to pick up my classmate and his family, who came to visit the UK. This was the first time I drove to the airport, and frankly speaking, Heathrow is really huge. It took quite a while to finally get into the car park.  The parking fee was really high too. |
| 23 May | Found a new eating place in Ham of Richmond. It’s a small restaurant serving the local community. The food is so-so, but the vibe is cozy.     |
| 10 May | After several years of study in UK, my son’s GCSE finally kicked off. The examination would last for six weeks, and we hoped that everything would go smoothly.  Unlike what we usually have in Hong Kong, most students here in UK were not so concerned and felt more relaxed. |
